** Steaming Stone Spa and its service providers value your business and appreciate your understanding with regards to our cancellation policy. Please respect our schedule by honoring your appointments. If you do need to cancel, please allow a minimum of 48 hours for cancellation via online scheduling system. Please call 715-345-2777 if canceling with less notice.
By booking your appointment online, you are committing to the scheduled time and will be expected for your appointment. If you fail to show for your appointment as expected, you will be charged 50% of the service. If you are unable to provide at least 24 hours notice, please contact us. If we cannot rebook the appointment slot, you will be charged 30% of the service to compensate for lost wages of your scheduled service provider. Again, please notify us immediately if you will not be able to make your appointment time. **
