Massage is best when received on a regular schedule. We encourage clients to come in monthly by offering “rewards” (read ‘price breaks’), and a growing number of you are participating in that pattern. We also see a segment of our clientele that comes in only a few times a year (for various reasons – financial, visiting family from out-of-town, hectic schedules, etc). We would like to offer incentives to this group (and all clients get to benefit) to come in at least once per season – hence “Seasonal Specials”.
Four times a year we will be offering our $44 for 60 minute packages as a Seasonal reward/incentive. These packages consist of a 45 minute massage plus a 15 minute “mini” version of other services. The dates for these offers are: March 16-31, July 1-15, September 16-30, and December 20-January 10.
You can see we have Spring, Summer, Autumn, & Winter dates. Use these times to relax, recharge, rejuvenate, reward or otherwise encourage yourself to get massage on a more regular basis.
Thanks for reading ~B

This year we have set a schedule to help our less frequent visitors by planning out seasonal specials. We hope this will encourage our client’s who don’t come on a regular schedule to at least come in once each quarter.
Spring Tune-up is our first seasonal special. The discounted services are offered from March 16-31. They are a 45 minute massage with a free 15 minute add-on (pay just $44 normal 45 min price). You can choose from 5 different choices to try-out other something new or for a mini version of your favorites. Choices include: mini-facial, foot reflexology, mini-steam, paraffin treat, or hot stone spot treatment.

I’ll post the whole year Seasonal Specials schedule soon.
Have a healthy day,

If you add up the bones in your hands and feet, that’s nearly half of the bones in your body (206 in adult skeleton). A thorough foot massage or reflexology session will relieve muscle stress and calm nerve endings in the feet which will influence the entire body. Consider adding foot massage or reflexology to your next massage session and feel how much deeper your relaxation can be. (please bring clean feet, barefoot gardening feet are not really appreciated – thanks)

Massage is perhaps the oldest and simplest of all medical treatments. For thousands of years some form of massage or laying on of hands has been used to heal and soothe the sick. To the ancient Greek and Roman physicians, massage was one of the principal means of healing and relieving pain.
In traditional cultures, especially in the East, it is accepted as natural that people of all ages can benefit from regular massage. But here in the West, though its value has always been recognized in the world of sport, its use has only recently spread to other fields. Massage can relieve tension, soothe away headaches and relax taut and aching muscles. This helps our bodies cope with everyday stress.
