• Reservations are subject to availability. A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation at the time of booking.
• Children are welcome for most of our services, but must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.  For their safety and the consideration of all our guests, children may not be left unattended while a parent receives a service at any time.
• Please respect our quiet environment and turn off all cell phone and pager ringers while in the Spa side of Steaming Stone.  Also keep your voice to a quiet “library” tone.
• Gratuities (tips) are left to your discretion; we appreciate your generosity.
• For Cancellations, please call us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.
